We find that not all redevelopments or new builds are as accessible as they should be – often because of a lack of understanding of the key issues faced by disabled people.  We also find that it can get expensive to start modifying developments when they have been completed. 

In order to alleviate the pain of having to do something twice, we offer a confidential review service where one of our experienced Access Auditors will take your drawings and review all aspects of your development.  We will then produce a written report highlighting areas of good practice and areas of concern, along with our recommendations, to help you to make your development fully accessible.
